Frank Stewart is the exclusive farrier for PVS.  He is local to the area, residing in Southeastern Dearborn County with his horses and dogs.

 

Frank attained his Associate Degree in 2006 from Hocking Technical College of Farrier Science Program.  He also has an Associate Degree in Back Country Horsemanship from Hocking Technical College.  Frank is also a 2003 graduate of Diamond Oaks Vocational Horse Program, where he was ranked second in his entire class!  Frank is a member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) Honor Society.

 

Frank is experienced and has apprenticed with local and regional farriers.  He is careful  and patient, and he works closely with his clients, both equine and human.  He is a lifelong horseman.  His friends say "He always wanted to be a cowboy!" and he embodies the cowboy ethic through his concern and care for all horses.

Frank spends his free time in the saddle roping, trail riding and cutting.  He is a true outdoorsman who also enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and four-wheeling.
